Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by ALEX TRAVEL S.R.L.

1. Nature of Services

ALEX TRAVEL S.R.L provides international passenger transportation services, not physical goods. Refund eligibility depends on booking status, route, and timing.


2. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24–48 hours before departure, depending on the route

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

  • Administrative fees may apply


3. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. Company Cancellations

If a trip is canceled by ALEX TRAVEL S.R.L due to operational reasons:

  • Customers may choose a full refund or

  • Reschedule their journey at no additional cost


5. Delays and Force Majeure

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather events

  • Border controls

  • Accidents

  • Force majeure events


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
